SPECIAL RETURN CONDITIONS.

Due to their special characteristics, some of our moka pot kits must meet the following criteria to be returned or exchanged:

  • Moka Pot Kits: must be returned in their original and intact packaging, including all accessories that are part of the kit.
  • Accessories included in the kit: must be returned with the original packaging or in their original condition.
  • Defective items: If any part of the kit is defective or does not meet acceptable quality standards, it can be returned, but only if they are in the same condition as when they were received, with all components intact and unused.
  • Items that are not fit for their purpose or are incorrectly described: If the product does not work as expected or is misdescribed, you may return it under the same return criteria applied to other defective items.

These return criteria do not apply to any item that is defective, not of acceptable quality, not fit for its purpose, or is incorrectly described.

HOW TO RETURN A MOKA POT KIT

If your moka pot kit purchase hasn’t met your expectations, returning it is easy through our online platform.

CONDITIONS FOR MAKING A RETURN

To process your return, please keep in mind the following conditions:

  • Return period: You have 30 days from the shipping date of your order to request a return. This does not apply to defective items, items that are not of acceptable quality, items that are unfit for their intended purpose, or items that are incorrectly described.
  • Condition of the product: The moka pot kit must be returned in its original condition, unused, with all accessories, labels, and packaging intact.
  • Purchase region: The return must be processed in the same market/region where the purchase was made.

ONLINE RETURN

If you don’t have access to a physical store or drop-off points nearby, don’t worry – you can complete your return entirely online by following these simple steps:

  1. Access your account
    If you made the purchase as a registered user, log into the "Returns" section of your account. If you made the purchase as a guest, click the link provided in the order confirmation email.
  2. Request the return
    In the returns panel, select the moka pot kit you wish to return and confirm your request.
  3. Receive instructions
    After you request the return, you will receive an email with detailed instructions, including the necessary shipping labels.
  4. Prepare your package
    Be sure to pack the moka pot kit in its original packaging, including all accessories and labels. The product must be in its original condition, just as you received it.
  5. Ship the package
    Once your package is ready, you can ship it to the address provided using the carrier of your choice. 
  6. Receive your refund
    Once we receive the returned package and verify that everything is in order, we will process your refund in accordance with our return policy.

IMPORTANT

The return process is entirely online, so there is no need to visit a physical store or drop-off point. Once we verify that the kit is in acceptable condition, we will proceed with your refund promptly.

REFUNDS

Once we have processed the return of your items, we will proceed with the corresponding refund.

REFUND FOR AN ONLINE PURCHASE

When you return an online purchase, the refund will be made to the same payment method you used for the purchase.
If you have returned your items via a carrier, we will process the refund within 72 hours of receiving the items at our facilities.

You will receive a confirmation email once the return has been completed.

Please note that the refund will be reflected in your account within a maximum of 14 business days, depending on your bank’s policies. If 14 days have passed and you have not received your refund, please contact your bank using the confirmation email to expedite the process.

Important:
If you used our drop-off point service to return the items, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

This charge will not apply if the returned item is defective, not of acceptable quality, not fit for its purpose, or incorrectly described.
